OMRON Industrial Automation Europe has appointed Marc Ioannidis as General Manager UK & Ireland. He succeeds Sam Tilley, who is now General Manager Nordic Countries. In this role, Marc reports to Vince King, Sales Director North and Emerging Region, and is responsible for leading OMRON’s UK & Ireland operations, driving growth, and strengthening the company’s position in key markets.

With more than 25 years of experience in the automation sector, Marc joined OMRON in 2008 and has held a series of senior sales and channel management roles, most recently serving as General Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland. Over the past 17 years at OMRON, he has played a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, expanding market reach, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
