By shortening the conduction path to within 1.5 mm, internal resistance and heat buildup are significantly reduced. Spring cage technology provides tolerance for misalignment up to 0.25 mm, maintaining strong electrical contact even under vibration or slight offset. Downward contact terminals, derived from railway-grade technology, improve stability across both high and low temperature environments, ensuring consistent performance.

The connectors are optimized to reduce insertion force, simplifying assembly and enabling over 10,000 mating cycles for long-term reliability. The series supports terminations including busbars, studs, threaded holes and crimping, making it adaptable across a wide spectrum of applications. Optional dust caps further extend product durability by preventing contamination and minimizing downtime.

These connectors are intentionally designed to be non-intermateable with other brands, ensuring compatibility, system integrity and reliable operation without the risk of mismatched parts.
